I am looking for a motivated Ph.D. student … I am looking for a motivated Ph.D. student to join my research group at the Department of Geosciences at Colorado State University starting in the Fall of 2022. The student will be a part of a project to study the erosion, uplift, and geodynamic history of southern Italy as a part of a recently funded NSF project. The project will involve a combination of fieldwork, Quaternary geochronology (e.g., cosmogenic nuclides, luminescence dating), and numerical modeling, as well as education and outreach.
