I am recruiting graduate students to join I am recruiting graduate students to join my new group within the Department of Geography at Simon Fraser University, Burnaby Mountain Campus, British Columbia, Canada. </br></br></br>Applications are due by 22 January, 2020, for admission in September, 2020. </br></br></br>Potential project research topic areas include but are not limited to:</br>* subsurface water storage dynamics in relation to bedrock weathering patterns</br>* understanding how subsurface water storage mediates forest sensitivity to drought</br>* use of stable isotopes in water to track plant water sources, runoff pathways, and catchment transit times</br></br></br>Field work will be pursued at sites in the Northern California Coast Range and/or British Columbia.
