I am looking for a PhD student to address … I am looking for a PhD student to address the challenging task of Climate change impacts and mitigation of the related risks. More specifically: How will different storm types affect future hydro-climatic extremes?</br></br></br></br>We look for candidates willing to investigate the cloudy interface between atmospheric physics and statistics. </br></br>Ideal characteristics are a solid background in physics/statistics/computer sciences/or related topics and good programming skills.</br></br></br></br>The position is funded through the Department of Excellence program granted to the Department of Geosciences at the University of Padua.
