We have a job opening for microwave-based … We have a job opening for microwave-based satellite data assimilation within the AquaCrop model at KU Leuven, in my team:</br></br> </br></br>https://www.kuleuven.be/personeel/jobsite/jobs/60231712</br></br> </br></br>The FAO AquaCrop model has recently been activated within NASA’s Land Information System (LIS), and we look for a motivated student to exploit the new possibilities of satellite data within this system. The job is open for a PhD student for 4 years, but could possibly be transformed to a 2-year position for a postdoctoral researcher, only if the candidate has a very strong motivation and interest in satellite data assimilation within crop models.</br></br> </br></br>Please forward to interested students, or apply yourself by 14 August 2023.
