The Department of Civil Engineering of Flo … The Department of Civil Engineering of Florida International University, located in Miami, Florida, USA, has two fully-funded PhD student positions on modeling of storm surge and coastal flooding using tools such as TELEMAC and HEC-RAS. Additionally, the research will encompass urban flooding analysis, specifically considering roadway infrastructure such as bypasses, tunnels, and a range of barriers.
