I just learned that I will have funding fo … I just learned that I will have funding for a Ph.D student in civil and environmental engineering starting in Fall of 2023 to work on understanding how alternative strategies (structural, regulatory, nature-based, demand-based) for managing salinity in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta under drought and sea-level rise will impact physical, ecological, and human tradeoffs.
