Applications are now being accepted for pa … Applications are now being accepted for participation in an NSF-sponsored workshop on Future Directions in Tectonics, to be held in Madison, WI on May 20-22, 2016 (see attached announcement). This workshop had been postponed from July 2015 to allow greater community participation and will result in creation of a white paper, designed to help guide research and funding in tectonics over the next decade. </br>Applications for participating in the workshop and travel support should be submitted by February 19th at http://goo.gl/forms/ozAhTec0My. Notification of application status will be made by March 18th. </br></br>Feedback for the organizing committee on the content and format of the workshop may be submitted at: http://goo.gl/forms/OpLAuWPuw9. </br></br>Community-written, pre-meeting "idea papers" may also be submitted by April 8th.
