| Describe input parameters
|
The input includes file names for output, subgrid information, physical parameters and wave conditions. Water depth is obtained from the master program though a file name for water depth input is still kept in "indat.dat".

| Describe pre-processing software

In cases where the standard required the use of a non-typical format (as in the use of the machine-independent binary HDF formats for large arrays), then the data transfer to and from LRSS is handled using a pre- and post-processing layer.
