Quantitative analysis of deepwater depositional systems

Project description

My project will employ the modeling tools in CSDMS to delineate the evolution of and controls on deepwater depositional systems.

Objectives

1) employ models for quantitative analysis toward an improved model to better understand and predict deepwater architecture. 2) benefit the community and related research.

Time-line

The start date is Feb, 2016. Will continue this as my PhD studies which may take 3 years.

Models in use

SEDFLUX-2D, 3D

Results

This project just started but Will list results later.

Users

List the CSDMS HPCC users of your project:

  • <name HPCCuser>

Funding

Provide your project funding sources including the award number

Publications and presentations

This would be the place to list your achievements, journal articles, conference abstracts, etc
