TopoFlow License Agreement

          Copyright (c) 2002-2007.  TopoFlow is the result of contributions from
          multiple authors.  Each author retains the copyright to their own 
          contributions. Please see the copyright statements at the start of each
          source code file. 
      
          TopoFlow is an open-source hydrologic model written entirely in IDL 
          (Interactive Data Language) that is available to users at no cost.
          You are permitted to use, study or modify it for your own needs but 
          you may not publish, sell or distribute it in any form without the 
          written permission of the authors.  You may not remove the copyright 
          notices or use the TopoFlow name for another program.  It you use 
          results from TopoFlow for a publication, the authors would greatly 
          appreciate an acknowledgement and a reprint.
