- CPRA is #hiring for an entry level Geologist position - PLEASE SHARE WIDELY!!! - Applications accepted through 3/6/2023
The Geologist 1-3 will work within the Planning and Research Division of CPRA. The new hire would work in our Baton Rouge office and support our Barrier Island Comprehensive Monitoring (BICM) program.
While not fieldwork based, this position would work closely with project managers to apply geologic knowledge to the maintenance and restoration of our coastal barrier islands. Drafting of technical documents and collaboration with CPRA partners are other key components of the position.
