Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A strong background in Python programming is required. Experience in water resource and/or power systems modelling is considered an asset.
The position is based in the Department of Civil and Mineral Engineering and includes a competitive funding package (CAD 40,000 per year, including tuition fees).
Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:
- Hold undergraduate and master’s degrees with GPA averages of at least B+ (3.3/4.0 or 78%).
- For International degrees, use the International Degree Equivalencies Tool to find grade equivalencies.
- Meet the English Language Proficiency Requirements of the department (https://civmin.utoronto.ca/home/admissions/admission-requirements/).
