As part of our ANR (French National Research Agency) funded "TIBETOP" project, we would need to recruit both a PhD (background: Structural Geology / Metamorphic geology / Geochemistry / Geochronology) and a Postdoctoral researcher (background: Stratigraphy / Sedimentology / Isotope Geochemistry) quite soon. TIBETOP aims at acquiring paleoaltimetry estimates on the Tibetan plateau and obtaining models linking topography, geodynamic processes, drainages, biodiversity and climate. Please find the details for the 2 profiles + additional info in the attached document.
