2 postdoctoral researcher positions, groundwater/integrated hydrologic modeling
University of California Davis, California, United States
Apply before: 31 August 2023

The Nora S. Gustavsson Endowed Professorship & Cooperative Extension Program on Groundwater in Working Landscapes at the University of California Davis offers two postdoctoral researcher positions focusing on groundwater/integrated hydrologic flow and transport modeling at the water-food nexus. The University of California Davis ranks second among U.S. public universities, with globally leading environmental and agricultural research programs, one of only few hydrologic sciences graduate programs, and pioneering programs in postdoctoral mentorship and professional training.

We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of groundwater hydrology, strong process modeling experience and a passion for working on landscape scale applied problems of acute importance to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Details on the postdoctoral researcher position “Groundwater-Dependent Streams in Irrigated Agricultural Regions - Integrated Hydrologic Modeling for Sustainable Groundwater Management” can be found at https://recruit.ucdavis.edu/JPF05867
