This is a nasty way to remove the discussion tab:
Open \includes\SkinTemplate.php file and look for:
$content_actions[’talk’] = $this->tabAction(
$this->mTitle->getTalkPage(),
‘talk’,
$this->mTitle->isTalkPage(),
”,
true);
and change that to:
/*
$content_actions[’talk’] = $this->tabAction(
$this->mTitle->getTalkPage(),
