Chesapeake Bay FVCOM-ICM
I am working in collaboration with multiple institutions and PIs to model the coastal ocean carbon cycle, particularly with respect to marsh-estuary dynamics in Chesapeake Bay. We use FVCOM for 3d hydrodynamics and coupled offline to ICM for a carbon based biogeochemical model. Also, a model to simulate SAV as well as sediment diagenesis is in development.
