|CSDMS meeting abstract presentation=The Ensemble Framework For Flash Flood Forecasting (EF5) was developed to address a critical need for rapidly updating distributed hydrologic models capable of predicting flash floods. EF5: A hydrologic model for prediction, reanalysis and capacity building
Abstract
The Ensemble Framework For Flash Flood Forecasting (EF5) was developed to address a critical need for rapidly updating distributed hydrologic models capable of predicting flash floods.
