One-line model description Nitrate and organic carbon dynamics on a wetland-river network
Extended model description Network-based modeling framework of Czuba and Foufoula-Georgiou as applied to nitrate and organic carbon on a wetland-river network.

This code is capable of reproducing the results (with some work of commenting/uncommenting code by the end user) described in the following publication:

Describe processes represented by the model Advective transport and removal of nitrate and organic carbon via denitrification in lakes, wetlands, and channels.
Describe key physical parameters and equations See readme file with the source file download or related publication by J. A. Czuba.
Describe length scale and resolution constraints The river network is composed of links, defined as a segment of river channel between tributaries, but can be made smaller if desired. Generally each link has a length on the order of a few kilometers.
Describe time scale and resolution constraints Limited by computational resources.
Describe any numerical limitations and issues See related publication by J. A. Czuba.

Describe available calibration data sets An application dataset for the Le Sueur Basin is included as part of the source file download with all associated calibration and validation data.
Upload calibration data sets if available:
Describe available test data sets
Upload test data sets if available:
Describe ideal data for testing
