Dr. Changsheng Chen, principal architect of FVCOM, from the Marine Ecosystems Dynamics Laboratory, University of Massachusetts will be summarizing the present status of FVCOM and future plans. Users are invited to talk about their experiences in presentations and posters and share tools developed for input and output of FVCOM applications. This workshop is open to all FVCOM users and developers as well as interested parties.
Abstract Submission for the 2015 FVCOM User’s Workshop:
The deadline for submitting an abstract for the FVCOM User’s Group Meeting is Aug 31, 2015. Attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts on topics related to the FVCOM model and include FVCOM developments, applications, model comparisons and tools for pre and post processing.
Should there be more talks than the schedule permits, we will ask some people to present their work in a poster. Priority for talks will be given to the earlier abstracts received. If you prefer to present a
poster, please make that clear. Posters should fit within a space of 102x102 cm (40x40 in).
