We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join the CONSERVE Research Group at the Alabama Water Institute, The University of Alabama.


The position focuses on the development of innovative mathematical and computational models for groundwater flow and transport, statistical and geospatial analysis, and data-driven modeling of hydrologic systems.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong background in applied mathematics, numerical modeling, PDEs, and data analysis. Experience with groundwater modeling, Python, and MODFLOW would be a plus.

The position is initially for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to three years.
