Within the General geology working group at the University of Potsdam, we currently have an opening for a 3-year teaching post-doc position (potentially renewable once). Responsibilities include independent research in the fields of landscape development and/or surface processes, active tectonics, or tectonics and structural geology; and 4 hours of teaching per week, in particular in the first-year Introduction to Geosciences class as well as field teaching. The ability to teach in German is a requirement for this position. The possibility to work toward a German Habilitation is provided.
