The Auburn University Department of Geosciences invites applications for a tenure-track Associate or Assistant Professor faculty position in Human-Environment Interactions (HEI), beginning fall semester 2025We seek an outstanding interdisciplinary scholar to build an innovative research and teaching program in any area of HEI to provide the capacity, disciplinary depth, and interdisciplinary broadness to examine past, present, and future environmental changes and impact of these changes on society. The successful candidate will develop interdisciplinary research and teaching with a disciplinary home in the geosciences. We seek an enthusiastic scholar in Human Geography with an open specialization that is innovative in teaching and connecting with both undergraduate and graduate students.
