A fully-funded 24-month post-doctoral position is available in the School of Ocean Sciences, Bangor University, UK, working on a UKRI NERC-funded research project on ‘Greenland ice marginal lake evolution as a driver of ice sheet change - how important are rising lake temperatures?’

Candidates should be educated to PhD level (or be very near completion) in a relevant subject e.g. Earth Sciences, Hydrology, Data Science, Limnology, Glaciology or related field and have experience working with large geospatial datasets from multiple sources and experience with programming languages such as Matlab/R/Python.
