I am looking for a PhD student to address the challenging task of Extreme storms risk mitigation under climate change.

The specific topic is: Contribution of different storm types to future extremes of precipitation and wind: identification and classification of storms from climate model simulations based on the dominant processes, and analysis of the emerging extremes.

The position is funded through the Department of Excellence program granted to the Department of Geosciences in the University of Padua.
