Assistant Professor Research, LSU Department of Geology and Geophysics, full time, non-tenure-track, grant-funded


The LSU Department of Geology and Geophysics seeks a talented and collaborative early-career marine geoscientist or engineer to participate in two large federally funded research programs focused on the future trajectory of the lower Mississippi River Delta, particularly subaqueous portions of the Delta. This research position is full-time, grant-funded for about five years, and is non-tenure-track. Work will involve both laboratory and field work, and collaboration with multiple federal agencies, LSU colleges, and other institutions.
