Dear colleagues,
I have open PhD (Fall 2020 or earlier) and a Postdoc positions in my ecohydrology group, in the Dept. of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M.
The candidate will use both modeling (e.g., dynamical systems, stochastic processes) and experimental methods to study the hydrologic control on ecosystem processes and soil ecosystem services. The project includes interdisciplinary collaborations within Texas A&M, the Texas Water Observatory (http://two.tamu.edu/), and an international research network.
Majors in civil and environmental engineering, earth sciences, physics, or related fields, and experience in programming (MATLAB, Mathematica, Python) are desired.
