How to proceed:

1. Login
   • Login to the website if you haven't already: Log in, or,
   • recover your old account: Search or email:CSDMSweb@colorado.edu, or,
   • create an CSDMS member account if you are not a member (notice this might take a few hours but you get an email to confirm your account): create account
2. Submit a title and abstract of your presentation or clinic (use the link below).
3. In the form, no need to upload your actual presentation or clinic material at this point, we'll do this at a later stage for you.
4. Although changes can still be made, your abstract and title will be displayed on the meeting website as soon as you filled out and submit the form below.
