My interests involve two main research areas in hydro morphology and human impact on the environment, in relation to fluvial processes, in a ‘source to sink context’ and sedimentary environments and sequence stratigraphy in relation to hydrocarbon exploration. I am supervisor in 4 PhD students, two of them in the research field of hydro morphology and fluvial sedimentology, one in Sequence Stratigraphy using SFM modeling and one in the field of sedimentology- paleo hydrology with isotopic geochemistry.
