iEMSs 2016 is the official biennial conference of the International Environmental Modelling & Software Society, sponsors of the high impact journal, Environmental Modelling & Software. iEMSs 2016 is co-sponsored by The Consortium of University of Toulouse (INP, University Paul Sabatier), National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), SO-Toulouse, the regional and national government organization, and the host organizations, INPT-ENSEEIHT and ECOLAB Laboratory. The theme for the conference is “Supporting Sustainable Futures” and we hope to see a lot of exciting new development and tools for supporting our future. The conference is organized around a series of themes, streams, and sessions. “The World Multidisciplinary Earth Sciences Symposium– WMESS 2016” will be held in in Prague (Czech Republic) during 5-9 September 2016. It aims to provide a forum for discussion of the latest findings and technologies in different fields of Earth Sciences and give opportunities for future collaborations. We hope it will be an appreciated platform for sharing knowledge and experiences in the fields of Earth Sciences given below. Tectonics & Structural Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnics, Hydrological Sciences, Environmental Geology, Natural Hazards, Geomorphology, Geochemistry, Mineralogy, Petrology & Volcanology, Stratigraphy, Sedimentology & Palaeontology, Geophysics & Seismology, Geodesy, Photogrammetry & Cartography, Informatics, Geoinformatics & Remote Sensing, Mining Engineering, Blasting& New Technologies, Natural Resources Energy, Resources & the Environment, Biogeosciences, Geological Heritage & Geoparks, Urban Planning, Atmospheric Sciences, Climate, Medical Geology, Occupational Safety and Health. We are also very selective for completion of the Scientific Committee, and all members will be worldwide well-known, productive and representatives of the different countries. On the behalf of the Organising Committee, I would like to invite you as a representative participant in WMESS 2016. We also invite you to be convener of a specific section related with a one of the WMESS 2016 topics to organize a group with the minimum 10 presentations (oral and/or poster). We are expecting your proposals focused on new and timely research topics and innovative issues. Conveners will be free of charge of registration fee as a compliment of WMESS 2016 if your session will be completed with the minimum 10 participants registered. Abstract of your submission will first be requested (please see the deadlines), and full texts (optional) will then be sent to the WMESS 2016. The collections (Abstract Collection and Full text Collection) will be published before event. Your accepted full text will be published in Procedia Earth and Planetary Sciences (Elsevier) which is indexed in ISI Web of Knowledge and Scopus too.
