I had conducted few researches in modelling in geography and ecology. Now, I want to grow my research interests which I think will accomplish from CSDMS. Basicaly, I wanted to link geographical information to conservation issues. +

I have been working with numerical models for modelling the natural systems, such as the river, the basin, and the delta system for several years. CSDMS is pioneer in modeling the natural system dynamics. The CSDMS community always do advanced modeling work and produce cutting-edge science out of the modeling works. They also have a powerful super-computing facility. I believe, being a member I will learn more about natural system modeling from CSDMS community. +

I have great interest to participate in the activities of CSDMS. I wish to collaborate with you people in the related field of research. I want to be visiting scientist in your institute to learn the activites of CSDMS. It is possible to give a series of lectures for the benefit of graduate and PhD Students. I hope to use the resources provided by CSDMS for modeling stream bank erosion and sediment transport in fluvial systems. My current interests are using modeling tools to inform management suggestions for stream and river banks. +

I just started my PhD at Durham University and I'm working on ecogeomorphological investigation of gully-induced landslides in southern Nigeria. My interest areas lie in geohazard and risks and surface change . +

I my recent studies I am working with MITGCM ((MIT General Circulation Model) model and related focus are based on regional scenarios for Renewable Energy at Brazil (mainly hydraulic energy), and support for policy mitigation working group at my institution origin. +

I observe sediment transport and deposition in the field, and have benefited from collaboration with CSDMS community members on several occasions. +

I participate in NCED 2016, UMN, Minneapolis, Minnesota and they introduce CSDMS to me. I realized that research focuses in CSDMS is close to my interested fields, Geodynamics. +

I take an interest in;
1) Global scale sediment flux modeling, identifying relationships between sediment fluxes and delta morphology changes.
2) Remote observations of Delta Evolution
3) Flooding inundation mapping and hydraulic modeling +

I use reactive transport models to understand flow, transport, and (bio)geochemical processes in subsurface in various applications. I am interested in knowing more about the general modeling community. I also have started to get involved in CZ research. I see that there is not much (bio)geochemistry focus yet in CSDMS that is related to geochemistry and biogeochemistry processes that are important to CZ formation. I am also interested in knowing how i can contribute to enhance research and eduction in things related to CZ research. +
