I am interested in participating in the "Coupling tectonics and surface processes workshop". I am currently developing my PhD thesis, which focuses on the structural development of the Southern Central Andes (at c. 34º30'S), under the context of doubly-vergent crustal wedges (e.g., Willet et al., 1993).
I have carried out research under the scope of my doctoral thesis by means of analogue modeling, structural analysis and (hopefully) thermochronology.
I am interested in the feedbacks in between surface processes and deeply-rooted structural proceses, and I would like to apply this to my work. +
I am interested in river and landscape evolution, and application of fluid mechanics to a variety of planetary problems. I also engage in river restoration and dam removal. On the CSDMS side, I am interested in how the community builds knowledge in these research areas, including community driven modeling frameworks. +
A
I am interested in sedimentary processes modeling, with focus on sediment accumulation rates and carbon burial rates modeling. +
M
I am interested in the extraction of marine and coastal data from remote sensing products. +
L
I am interested in the long-term evolution of the solid Earth. One research approach I take is to link surface processes to deep Earth dynamics through quantitative landscape evolution simulation. CSDMS provides valuable resources for doing this research. +

I am interested in using Landlab. Looking forward to attending useful webinars, workshops, and other related events. +
S
I am interested in using and developing landscape evolution models and topographic analysis as to better understand geomorphologic, tectonic and climatic processes. +
L
I am interested in using currently available models to test hypothesis of external controls on ancient depositional systems. In the future, I may consider developing new models to help with this process. +

W
I am interested in using numerical models to better understand surface processes and hydrology. +

D
I am interested to work with CSDMS in assisting communities prone to vulnerable and hazards areas such as volcanic eruption, climate change, sea level changes +
B
I am looking for my PhD in hydrology related field. If i get some opportunities i would like to join with CSDAM. +
