The Florida International University, located in Miami, Florida, USA, has two NSF funded PhD student positions in its Department of Civil Engineering. These positions are focused on the modeling of combined sewer overflows using the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). Proficiency in Python and PySWMM (Python Interface to SWMM) is essential, along with experience in AI and ML. Preference will be given to applicants already residing in the United States.
